The Shimano Baitrunner D is the pinnacle of the new Baitrunner collection, combining the best features of the previous range with new tech to deliver the best Baitrunner yet. The new 8000 and 12000 sizes open up a whole world of new options to anglers - including saltwater casting and bait fishing for a variety of pelagic game fish offshore. The 4000 and 6000 sizes are perfect for floating an unweighted pilly or squid bait down a burley trail for snapper.
Each Shimano Baitrunner reel uses a water-proof drag system for durability. The graphite body is lightweight but strong, with a cold-forged aluminium spool.
